“Fitt” Friday from TheFittChick…

Boxing is now one of the most popular fitness regimes out there, and if it’s a lean, toned, strong body you’re after then this could the workout for you. Boxing gyms are popping up all over the country, so today was my day to try it out.

Title Boxing Club (573 Waukegan Road, Northbrook, IL) gave me the most amazing workout this morning. After your boxing rounds, your last 15 minutes consists of abdominal, core and strength training using medicine balls and your own body weight for resistance. You choose how hard or light you hit this workout—either way you’re sure to burn a ton of calories and have fun.

Definitely check out Title Boxing Club (first class is free) or any boxing club near you. This is one of the best cardio workout I’ve had in a long time!!!
